How It Works
Pick a customizable product, add your favorite elements to the product via our customizer, and check out the final effect in the 3D Preview. Three simple steps to complete your product customization.
Custom Services
Digital Print
Digital Printing is available on all our drinkware listed in Customize section. Please read carefully and follow the instructions below to create the drinkware you expect.
Acceptable File Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG
Resolution: We encourage you to upload high-resolution images. 300 dpi is recommended for a high-quality print. Low-resolution images less than 72 dpi will appear pixelated and blurred.
Image Size (minimum): 300 pixels x 300 pixels
Line Widths (minimum): 1mm
RGB Vs. CMYK: Computer monitors use RGB color modes to create colors on the screen, while printers rely on CMYK color modes to put colors on the paper. In addition, different displays may depict colors in slight differences. Therefore, the printed color will be slightly different from the color you see on the monitor.
Note: We recommend you upload a PNG or SVG image with a removed background if you expect the background of your artwork to be the color of the bottle. If you upload a design with a colored background (including white), we will assume you want to print that color background.
Laser Etch
We offer custom laser etching on all drinkware listed in Customize section, except for the drinkware with plastic housing.
Acceptable File Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG (with transparent background)
Image Size (minimum): 300 pixels x 300 pixels
Line Drawing image: Laser etched designs must be line drawings, including lines, shapes, and text. Please note that photography cannot be engraved on the bottle.
Engraved Area: Any area that will be engraved must be entirely in black and must have a line width of at least 0.1mm because the laser etched design is only the color of the stainless steel (represented in your design by black) with the color of the powder coating as background.
Negative Space: We recommend leaving a 2mm negative space between the artwork to be engraved.
Digital Printing Vs. Laser Etching
Both methods result in an excellent visual effect with different styles. Digital printing is a method of placing your design directly on the bottle, while laser etching is a process that creates marks on the products by melting their surface.
Customization Area
The area of customization may vary from product to product. Coffee mugs do not support full area customization. Please check the final effect on our 3D Preview page before submitting your order.
