Yes, all of our products are 100% free of harmful chemicals such as BPA, and are also eco-friendly. Our products are strictly tested by third parties and meet FDA food safety standards.

Meoky has been striving to explore trends and user preferences to launch new products. That means that some products may be restocked, but some, such as limited editions, may not. We cannot guarantee that the products sold on our website will always be available. In addition to this, the products offered on the website may differ from those on authorized retail platforms.

It usually takes 10 to 25 business days to deliver the order to you. However, due to the region and various factors, the delivery time is not fixed. You can check our shipping policy for more information.

We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders by standard shipping. You can also advance your product delivery time with expedited shipping or premium customization services. But you need to cover the additional costs incurred.

According to our policy, we reserve the right to cancel any orders that may contain an image or text that is offensive, political, or subject to copyright protection. Please refer to our Design Guide for future information.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@meoky.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customized products are specially made for you. Therefore, we do not support the return or exchange of such products. Please check your custom information carefully before placing your order and contact us immediately if you have any questions.

When a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you change your mind after placing the order, you can cancel the order by contacting us at support@meoky.com within 2 hours of the order confirmation. If you find mistakes in your custom design after placing the order, please contact us via email within 2 hours to modify the design, otherwise, the product will be processed according to the original procedure.

Different types of products require different processing times. Custom products often require longer processing times. If you purchase both custom and non-custom products at the same time, they will be shipped separately.
